Are my images and data kept confidential?

Yes. We use your files only to complete your project and keep all client materials confidential. We are happy to sign an NDA on request. For annotation work we limit access to the people on your project, keep files off personal devices and delete your data after delivery when you ask.

How does the free sample edit or pilot work?

For photo editing, send a link to a few sample images with your instructions and we edit them at no cost. For annotation, share samples and your class list and we label a free pilot batch in your format, then send a fixed quote. Either way, you judge the quality on your own files first.

How quickly will I get my files?

Most orders are delivered within 24–48 hours. Urgent delivery is available, and large batches get a turnaround agreed in the quote.

Which file formats do you deliver?

Edited images in JPG, PNG, TIFF or PSD. Annotations in COCO, YOLO, Pascal VOC, PNG masks, CVAT or Label Studio formats, or your own schema.

Can you handle large or ongoing projects?

Yes. Larger and ongoing projects get better rates. For annotation, long-term clients get a dedicated team working across three shifts and one project manager.

Do you also set up marketplace stores?

Yes. We set up Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Alibaba and AliExpress stores and upload product listings with clear titles, descriptions and images.
